This was a project undertaken over a period of a few months. Let the title of the LP say it all; the album reflects the emotional ebs and flows that SASS experienced during a particularly challenging period in her life; with the end result being an improved quality of life and a renewal of her "wise" mind. Enjoy the journey into the realm of SASS's internal cognitions during this stage of her being, and the expression of her emotions ranging from joy, peace, curiosity, sadness, anger/war, reflection and radical acceptance.
